3. Order Tracking
- After your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.
- Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.
4. International Shipping
- We ship globally to most countries.
- Import Duties & Taxes: Any customs fees, duties or taxes imposed by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Shipping Issues & Assistance
If your package is delayed, lost, or otherwise undelivered:
- Contact us at info@vikitrends.com with your order number.
- We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- If resolution is not possible, we will offer a replacement shipment or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Address Changes
- To correct or update your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@vikitrends.com.
- We cannot guarantee changes after the order has shipped.
7. Late Delivery & Non-Arrival
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please reach out at info@vikitrends.com.
- We will verify the shipment status and, if necessary, arrange a refund or resend your items.
