- Item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

- Upon approval, we will send you:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Detailed instructions for packaging and drop-off
⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, simply return the original (per the steps above) and place a new order once your return is processed. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

3.1 Inspection & Approval
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status via email.
3.2 Refund Timing
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

5. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery. All return conditions (original condition, tags, packaging, proof of purchase) still apply.
6. Shipping Protection
We include Shipping Protection at checkout to cover:
- Lost packages
- Damaged items in transit
- Delivery issues (delays, misrouting)
If an issue arises, we will either refund your purchase or resend the item at no extra cost.
7. Shipping Issues & Claims
7.1 Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order has no tracking updates for 60 days (or 45 days for U.S. destinations), we will refund or replace your order automatically.
7.2 “Delivered” but Not Received
- If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, you must obtain a “non-delivery” confirmation from your local postal service to qualify for a refund or replacement.
7.3 Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
- Contact us immediately with photo or video evidence.
- We will assess and either refund or resend the correct item.
8. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel any order before it is processed and shipped.
- Exceptions: Print-on-Demand (POD) items and preorders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed.
